A very Private Strip, set up 1987 and allowed to remain so, by NOT overflying or annoying neighbours. Suitable for Microlight both flex & fixed wing & light LAA a/c.
No commercial, business or joy riding.

Approach instructions on your knee-pad. Five other strips in extremely close proximity. Do not overfly or misjudge where to go.
Field has 40 ft drop north to south, so can have a/c taking off in opposite direction to landings !
Under the Gatwick zone, do not get above 1400 ft or you may bust the zone. Any pilot doing so will be reported to Gatwick.
