Warnings
1. On take off from Rwy 27 severe turbulence and down draughts may be encountered in the vicinity of a line of trees which form an obstacle (70ft AGL) across the extended centreline at 910m from start of TORA
2. High ground running NE/SW, rising to 918ft AMSL within 2nm and 1236ft AMSL within 5nm NE.
Everything still correct apart from cafe and hotel currently closed due to Covid.
Confirming above details with following comments/corrections The Airport elevation is 397 ft (not 387) amsl and the apron elevation is 385 ft amsl. PPR can also be done online https://perthairport.co.uk/pilot-information/ppr-requests Operating Hours not strictly SS/SR : Perth Airport is licensed and the ATZ is notified active 0900 – 1700Z in winter, 0800 -1600Z in summer and at other times by NOTAM. Perth Radio (119.80) is usually manned when the ATZ is active but from time to time may need to make position calls to “Perth Traffic” if no response. Landing Fees are structured and higher than listed here (but less than Pooleys states) Flex Wing Microlight £9.50 Fixed Wing Microlight £12.50 etc. Onsite cafe not open on Sundays but tuck shop available and sometimes soup/cake at the SAC club rooms. Finally Radio will be changing to 119.805 in near future in line with a lot of 833 changes, have asked when exactly and will update as and when applicable.
