Please note that the circuit shown is 1000ft QFE. the microlight circuit is very close in and 500ft QFE. If landing on the South grass runway caution of the loose stones when taxiing off.
Microlights can land on any runway but must not cut in front of other aircraft on the GA circuit. The landing fee has increased however the food is still good.

Warnings
At Shobdon aerodrome we are constantly working towards a minimal noise level environment out of respect for our neighbouring villages and properties. Changes to our circuit pattern have meant that we have been able to achieve lower noise levels around the surrounding areas of Pembridge, (SW) Eardisland (SE) and the Staunton-On-Arrow areas (W).(See Image)
The runway designation has changed to 08-26, the south side short grass runway is only really suitable if you’re familiar with it, advisable to use 26-08 grass or hard (then you don’t have to taxi across the rough ground). The Microlight school is Swift Microlights an the CFI is Steve Eyers on 07973 859756.
